Taiwan URE guarantees 100% EL Line Test, with a special electro-luminescence test, a type of X-ray to ensure 100% cell quality. This test assists in identifying any defects in the panels and therefore any panels that are not matching the high quality standard are removed. UL LLC is a global safety certification company, its headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois, with offices spread over 46 countries. Established in 1894 as the Underwriters' Electrical Bureau (a bureau of the National Board of Fire Underwriters), it has been considered as Underwriters Laboratories and provided the safety analysis of the new technologies throughout the 20th century. UL is one of the organizations approved to perform safety testing by the U.S. federal agency Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). OSHA has a listing of approved testing laboratories, which have been considered as Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories.
